Associate
Nadene Prinsloo is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Nadene obtained her BCom (Law) degree from Stellenbosch University in 2021 and her LL.B degree in 2023.
She joined the firm as a Candidate Attorney in 2024, completing her articles under the supervision of Chris Nel and Robyn Lategan in the firm’s Litigation and Conveyancing Department. During this time, she was involved in broad range of matters, including general litigation, commercial law and corporate law, assisting in proceedings before both the Magistrates’ Courts and the High Court.
Nadene was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in February 2026.
Following her admission and appointment as an associate, Nadene remained with the firm’s Litigation Department, where she works closely with Robyn Lategan on a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters, including urgent applications, asset recovery, debt recovery, evictions and perfection applications.
