Kaitlyn is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial department and based at our Rondebosch branch.

She obtained her LLB degree from the University of Free State in 2021 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2023.

Prior to joining the firm in April 2026, she gained valuable experience in corporate governance, regulatory and BBBEE compliance, commercial drafting, and litigation matters within both private practice and in-house legal environments. She has experience assisting corporate clients with commercial agreements across a range of sectors, corporate governance matters, due diligence processes, and litigation involving corporate disputes.
